Downed Telephone Wire Reported at Union and Miller Roads

At approximately 3:17 PM, emergency dispatchers received a report of a downed telephone wire at the intersection of Union and Miller Roads. The wire was described as ripped apart and hanging into the roadway, passable for small vehicles but limiting truck traffic. Crews were requested to place cones and notify Consolidated Communications for repairs. Motorists are advised to use caution in the area.
