At approximately 10:21 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to the area of Pleasant Street and Lincoln Street in St. Johnsbury for a reported dog attack. The complainant, a woman, reported that she was bitten by her neighbor's dog, sustaining injuries to her face and ribs. She was located at Northeast Vermont Regional Hospital. Police are investigating.
