At 12:00 PM, St. Johnsbury Fire Department was dispatched to a fire alarm on Mount Pleasant Street. Initial reports indicated an object lying across the roadway. By 12:08 PM, responders identified the object as a downed communication line and were able to remove it from the roadway. Further details are pending.
