Peacham and Danville Fire Departments were dispatched to 1780 Kaiser Pond Road in Peacham at approximately 3:06 PM on May 30, 2026, for a carbon monoxide alarm activation. Initial reports indicate the residence was being evacuated as a precautionary measure. Units on scene reported that the house was evacuating and a check was being conducted. No injuries or illnesses have been reported at this time. At approximately 3:28 PM, crews on scene reported that their CO monitor showed no readings inside the home. They continued to investigate the source of the alarm. At approximately 3:43 PM, crews from Danville and Peacham fire departments cleared the scene and returned to service. No further issues were reported.
