At approximately 7:12 p.m., Littleton Fire Department and Twin State EMS were dispatched to West Main Street near the Glenwood Cemetery entrance for a medical emergency. According to initial reports, a 66-year-old male with a history of heart problems was requesting evaluation. Units arrived on scene shortly thereafter. Further details are pending as crews assess the patient.
