At 11:35 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 102 Allendale Road in Newport for a 90-year-old male whose catheter was not working properly. Newport Ambulance responded to the scene. Upon arrival, responders made contact with a caregiver who denied the need for assistance, and the call was cancelled.
