Emergency crews were dispatched to a retirement home at 33 Maple Lane in Barton Monday afternoon where a 67-year-old male reportedly attempted to pull out his catheter, leaving part of it still inside. The incident was reported at approximately 3:35 p.m. An Orleans ambulance was responding to the scene. Further details on the patient's condition were not immediately available.
