At approximately 8:21 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 991 Flint Street in St. Johnsbury for a cardiac emergency, according to initial reports. The patient has a history of atrial fibrillation (AFib) and other cardiac issues. St. Johnsbury Fire Department and Calex Ambulance responded to the scene.
