At approximately 12:09 p.m., Lancaster Ambulance was dispatched to 260 Portland Street in Lancaster for a medical emergency. According to first responders, the patient is a 51-year-old female cancer patient who is conscious and breathing but not alert. NORPAC Lancaster Ambulance 3 was also dispatched to the scene. At 12:46 p.m., crews reported that the patient had been loaded and they would be transporting momentarily. NORPAC and Lancaster Ambulance 3 were on scene assisting.
