At approximately 1:08 a.m., authorities were dispatched to locate Tim Fisher at a residence. Shortly after, dispatch confirmed the location as 102 Bishop Road. During communications, dispatchers noted a female with the same last name and asked if they should add a male party to the record. The investigation into the matter continues.
