At approximately 1:11 PM, emergency dispatchers received a 911 open line from Walmart at 4901 Dartmouth College Highway in Lebanon. The call appeared to originate from near the rear of the store, close to the loading dock, and the caller indicated they were trapped. Attempts to call back the number were unsuccessful, according to dispatch reports.
