At 9:15 PM, Waterford EMS was dispatched to 98 Bottom Road in Waterford for a 77-year-old male who was weak and unable to stand. Dispatchers reported he was having muscle problems and weakness. A short time later, Waterford Fire Department was requested for manpower at the same location, and dispatchers reported a potential fire alarm activation. The nature of the alarm remains unclear. Further details are not yet available.
