At approximately 8:26 PM, emergency crews including Newport Police, Troy Rescue, and other agencies were dispatched to 1438 Vermont Route 100 in Lowell for a 65-year-old male requiring hospital transfer. According to initial reports, the man is experiencing oxygen issues, a urinary tract infection, and a possible kidney infection. Crews are on scene preparing for transport.
