At approximately 5:42 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 1714 Breezyfield Road for a 65-year-old male who had fallen in the kitchen. According to dispatch communications, the man fell and his condition is unknown at this time. First responders are on scene and providing medical assistance. Further updates are pending.
