At approximately 2:49 PM, Littleton Ambulance and Fire Department were dispatched to 81 Main Street, Unit B, for a medical emergency at a toy and bookshop. An 18-year-old female reportedly passed out and struck her head. First responders arrived on scene at approximately 2:56 PM. At approximately 3:01 PM, the scene was cleared after the patient refused transport; a medical packet was left with the patient.
